Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an experienced senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International roadmap, align global lines, and deliver cross-functional initiatives enabling profitable international growth.

You will lead an executive transformation office, manage governance cadence, and champion change across geographies, with fluency in English and a track record of complex program delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in transformation and strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Fluent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with milestones and governance.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines to align priorities.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces and functions with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain the target operating model for profitable international growth and future growth planning.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office with governance cadence and risk escalation.
• Drive change leadership and capability building across the organization.
