ABB Inc. is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap and align it with global lines. You will coordinate executive-level portfolios, resolve cross-functional barriers, and design an operating model for future growth and acquisitions.

The role emphasizes change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and capability building to embed continuous improvement in leadership accountability and deliver international growth.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business transformation or related leadership roles.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps with governance and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders across geographies without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and outcomes.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across sales, operations, IT, finance and HR.
• Custodian of the NEMA International operating model evolving for growth and acquisitions.
• Lead an executive International Transformation Office coordinating workstreams and risk escalation.
• Drive change leadership and capability building for the new international organization.
