ABB Inc. is seeking a senior transformation leader to drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap and to align strategy across global business lines. You will manage governance, dependencies, and risk while orchestrating cross-functional efforts to enable profitable international growth.

The role requires extensive international experience and executive-level communication. You will lead an executive Transformation Office, champion change management, and establish continuous improvement

Formación

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance and HR.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model to enable international growth.
• Lead an executive-level Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance and risk.
• Lead change leadership and capability building for the new international organization.
