Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, commercial excellence, enterprise program leadership or management consulting.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and success measures.
Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines, aligning priorities with international market requirements.
Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance, HR and other functions.
Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model to enable profitable international growth across stabilization, optimization and scale.
Lead an executive-level Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance cadence, dependencies and risk escalation.
Lead change leadership and capability building to embed continuous improvement across the organization.
