ABB Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader for NEMA International to steer the transformation roadmap, governance, and cross-functional execution across geographies.

You will translate strategy into prioritized initiatives, establish governance, and drive accountability at the executive level. The role requires 10+ years of experience in transformation, strong executive communication, and deep CRM/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or program leadership.
• Experience across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance, and operating mechanisms.
• Strong business acumen connecting transformation to growth, margin and value.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with milestones and governance.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with cross-functional commitments.
• Lead resolution of barriers across International Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, HR and others.
• Serve as custodian of the NEMA International operating model and enable growth through processes and technology.
• Lead an executive Transformation Office to manage portfolio, governance cadence and risks.
• Lead change leadership and capability building for the new organization.
