Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation, strategy, operating-model design or related leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Fluent English and strong executive communication skills.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing or B2B technology environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces and drive root-cause initiatives.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model and organizational evolution.
• Lead an executive transformation office to manage portfolio, governance cadence, and risks.
• Lead change leadership and capability building for the new international organization.
