Qualifications

• 10+ years in business transformation or strategy execution.
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Strategy, Operations, Information Systems or related.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience translating strategy into roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen connecting transformation to value, growth and profitability.
• Fluent English in professional settings.

Responsabilités

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap aligned with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces like Sales, Operations, IT and Finance.
• Custodian of the international target operating model and scalable organization design.
• Lead an executive-level Transformation Office managing portfolio, governance and risk.
• Lead change management and capability-building for the new international organization.
