ABB seeks a seasoned transformation leader for the NEMA International division to shape and execute the international transformation roadmap. You will align global lines, remove barriers, and design operating models that enable profitable growth across markets.

The role requires strong executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive complex programs across geographies. Travel 30-40% is expected, with a hybrid work model in the United States.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, strategy execution or enterprise program leadership.
• Experience driving cross-functional transformation across geographies or business units.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience turning strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to growth, margin and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with clear outcomes, milestones and risks.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across functions and translate issues into root-cause initiatives.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model to enable profitable growth.
• Lead an executive transformation office managing portfolio governance and risk escalation.
• Lead change leadership and capability building for the new international organization.
