Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or related consulting.
• Experience leading cross-geographies or cross-business unit transformations.
• Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap aligned with Stabilize-Optimize-Scale journey with clear outcomes, milestones and risks.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines, aligning product, portfolio, and investment priorities with international market requirements.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers at interfaces between International Sales, Global Operations, IT, Finance, HR and other functions.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model, ensuring governance, processes, technology and capabilities evolve coherently.
• Lead an executive-level International Transformation Office managing the transformation portfolio, governance cadence, dependency view and risk escalation.
• Lead adoption of the new international organization through change leadership and continuous improvement framework.
