Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Senior Transformation Leader to drive the NEMA International transformation program. You will align global business lines, establish governance, and lead cross-functional workstreams to deliver strategic outcomes across geographies. Travel ~30–40% is required.

The role demands executive-level collaboration, change leadership, and an ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with measurable impact. Hybrid work model in the US with global scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in transformation, strategy execution or related leadership.
• Degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in internal strategy, transformation, or consulting roles.
• Proven cross-geography transformation leadership across multiple geographies.
• Ability to align senior stakeholders behind a shared agenda without direct authority.
• Experience turning strategy into executable roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen linking transformation to growth, margin and value.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation and synthesis skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with pace and judgment.
• Familiarity with international commercial models and end-to-end customer processes.
• Industrial/manufacturing or B2B tech experience is a plus.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the NEMA International transformation roadmap with milestones and outcomes.
• Act as senior integrator between NEMA International and Global Business Lines with governance.
• Lead resolution of systemic barriers across interfaces, turning issues into root-cause initiatives.
• Custodian of the NEMA International target operating model with governance and capabilities.
• Lead an executive International Transformation Office managing portfolio and risks.
• Lead change adoption and capability building with a continuous improvement framework.
