Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Director to lead Digital Capability and Workforce Modernization in Atlanta. You will own the enterprise approach to redesigning work for a Human × AI future, aligning workflows with capability building and governance across business, Digital, Finance, and People & Culture functions.

You will partner with HR, finance and function leaders to translate redesigned workflows into roles and skills, and scale digital and AI capability across the enterprise.

Qualifications

10+ years in workforce strategy, organization design, workflow redesign, digital transformation or capability building.
Experience leading cross-functional transformation from strategy through value realization at enterprise or global scope.
Practical AI fluency, including building capability through hands-on, applied learning.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy for workforce and workflow modernization and establish governance.
Lead and contribute to priority workflow redesigns with AI support and human accountability.
Translate redesigned workflows into role, capacity and capability needs and integrate into development plans.
