• Redesign Work Around Human × AI Contribution: lead priority workflow redesigns and determine where AI adds value with clear human accountability.
• Connect Workflow Redesign to Workforce Roles and Skills: translate redesigned work into role, capacity and capability needs within workforce plans.
• Build and Scale Digital and AI Capability Through Work: own the People & Culture approach to building the capability redesigned work requires.
