Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-year enterprise initiatives across functions, geographies, and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise Talent and Development priorities aligned to the Long Range Plan, setting strategy, outcomes, roadmaps, governance, and resourcing.
• Act as enterprise product owner for the portfolio, defining problem scope, user needs, value, and sustainable ownership.
• Build cross-functional alignment with global P&C leadership, business sponsors, and governance forums while balancing local needs.
• Lead and develop a small team, mentor leaders, manage budgets and external partners, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives.
