The candidate will travel to establish and audit programs in the US and partner countries, develop bespoke training pathways, and oversee certification processes while driving standardization across markets.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years management experience.
• Must have 3+ years training experience.
• Must be able to travel up to 70% internationally.
• BS/BA degree or 4 years of relevant job experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly support startup, launch and auditing of training programs within the US and partner countries.
• Develop bespoke training plans and pathways for local operational needs and constraints.
• Travel to new locations to lead training start-up and content updates.
