Job summary

Transdev North America seeks a Manager/Sr Manager to lead end-to-end performance of a global autonomous mobility partnership. Based in the United States, you will coordinate across international markets, ensuring country teams meet metrics, timelines, and standards, while liaising with senior leadership.

This hands-on role requires executive presence and ownership across data, reporting, and cross-market coordination, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Intl. Relations, Communications or related field.
• Certifications in Account Management, Client Success, or Project Management are a plus.
• 8+ years in account management, operations, or client success across multi-market environments.
• Experience running business reviews (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs) and holding teams to performance.
• Hands-on experience resolving client escalations in fast-paced settings.
• Proven cross-market standardization and operational alignment skills.
• Influence with internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
• Background in technology, mobility, or complex regulated industries preferred.
• Experience in global operations, consulting, or complex client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Report on operational health of the global account and hold country teams to KPIs and timelines.
• Act as liaison between global leadership, client stakeholders, and in-country managers.
• Support Monthly Business Reviews with executive-ready data and presentations.
• Pull and structure data across markets to identify risks and trends.
• Drive follow-ups, track changes, and ensure closures across regions.
• Standardize processes and rhythms between international markets and the U.S.
• Support global planning, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage client escalations with urgency and accountability.
