This role requires expert knowledge of U.S. and international docketing rules, hands-on experience with ANAQUA and TESS, and the ability to lead a team, improve processes, and deliver accurate, timely service to domestic and international clients.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and international docketing rules and deadlines.
• Advanced experience with IP docketing systems (ANAQUA, TESS, databases).
• Law firm or legal environment experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong quality control and multi-priority management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the firm’s trademark and copyright docket to ensure timely docketing of deadlines.
• Update and maintain operating manuals and guides for docketing activities.
• Interface with attorneys and staff to deliver top‑notch client service.
• Coordinate with Practice Management to maintain and upgrade docketing databases.
• Create docket reports and ensure adherence to firm standards and procedures.
• Train and evaluate docketing staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
