Job summary

Donatech Corporation in the United States is seeking a Customer Order Administrator to support the Intertrade Sales Team. This role is the primary contact for all sales orders and related support functions, ensuring accurate order entry and timely processing.

You will work cross-functionally on Global Trade processes and license requirements, handle internal customer interactions, and help implement department-wide procedures to improve efficiency and order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales order entry and order administration support.
• Understanding of Global Trade processes and license requirements.
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee sales orders against requirements.
• Facilitate exchange orders, warranty requests, credits, and purchase requests.
• Process administrative tasks related to sales and credits of materials.
• Interact with sales, product line, repairs, finance, global trade and purchasing as needed.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve transactional issues.
• Manage general sales support email inbox and routing to correct owner.
• Ensure orders are processed as received and customer requests are completed.
• Adhere to Global Trade policies for exports and license requirements.
• Participate in developing and applying procedures across departments.
