OK International, Inc. is a global manufacturer with Cypress, CA facilities. The Compliance Manager will oversee trade and general compliance, implement controls, and train functions to mitigate risk across global operations.

You will coordinate with Brokers, Legal and third parties to ensure regulatory alignment. The role requires 7–15 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams at multiple sites.

Competenze

• 7–15 years direct experience in compliance or trade.
• Current knowledge of regulations, policies and international trade laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUPs), PowerPoint and Word.

Mansioni

• Lead global trade compliance function and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Assess compliance risk for global sales and operations and develop mitigation plans.
• Stay current with US and international regulations and train staff accordingly.
• Manage third-party diligence, contracts, and training programs across sites.
• Coordinate with Legal on contracts and update terms and conditions for POs/POs.
