OK International in Cypress, CA, seeks a seasoned Trade Compliance Manager to oversee global trade compliance and general compliance policies. You will evaluate risk, implement controls, train cross-functional teams, and work with brokers, logistics providers, and Legal.

The role requires 7–15 years of experience, strong knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to lead projects across sites in Europe and Asia.

• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trade regulations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and train staff.

Mansioni

• Lead trade compliance function and ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with brokers, customs, and 3PL partners on classifications and valuations.
• Perform compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Stay current with regulations and update training materials.
• Manage third parties, contracts, and NDA processes.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training programs.
• Oversee audits and implement corrective actions across sites.
• Drive project management for new compliance systems and processes.
• Ensure records retention and conduct investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with Legal on contract templates and supplier agreements.
