Job summary

OK International is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee trade and general compliance worldwide from its Cypress, CA facility. You will assess risk, implement controls, and train teams to comply with evolving regulations across borders.

Requirements include 7–15 years of experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and a Bachelor’s in a related field. A Master’s or customs broker license is desirable, with extensive collaboration across legal and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international business, foreign trade, logistics or related field required.
• 7–15 years direct experience in compliance and regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance function and align with global regulations.
• Manage brokers, customs procedures and third-party logistics.
• Determine HTS codes, classifications and duties; support USMCA and similar programs.
• Audit import records and monitor compliance across sites.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training programs.
• Coordinate with Legal for contracts and terms & conditions updates.
