Job summary

OK International in Cypress, CA, is seeking a Manager of Trade Compliance to lead the global trade compliance function, assess risk, and implement controls across the organization. You will train cross‑functional teams and oversee regulatory updates, audits, and third‑party diligence.

The role requires deep knowledge of US and international trade laws, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites in Europe and Asia.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years direct experience in trade/compliance roles.
• Current knowledge of regulations, policies and international trade laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance to ensure global customs compliance.
• Determine HS codes, product classifications and customs valuations.
• Support USMCA and other duty reduction programs; evaluate incoterms.
• Audit import records and ensure duties paid.
• Manage third-party diligence, vet suppliers and sales partners; approve KYC.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training.
