Job summary

OK International is seeking a seasoned Trade Compliance Manager to lead global regulatory programs, classify products, and optimize import/export controls. You will work with brokers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure adherence to US and international trade laws.

Ideal candidates have 7–15 years of experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to train cross-functional teams across multiple sites. This onsite role is based in Cypress, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field. Master’s preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance function to ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Identify HS codes, product classifications and duties, plus FTAs like USMCA.
• Develop and audit compliance controls and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with Legal for supplier contracts and T&Cs updates.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training across sites.
