Job summary

OK International, a global manufacturer, seeks a Compliance Manager to oversee global trade compliance and overall corporate compliance programs. You will lead the trade compliance function, assess risks, and implement training across functions.

You will also manage audits, third‑party diligence, and contract compliance with Legal partners. Ideal candidates have 7–15 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams while maintaining high integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, foreign trade, logistics, operations or related field.
• Master’s degree in foreign trade, MBA or law degree highly desired.
• Customs broker license highly desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance to ensure global regulations are followed.
• Perform compliance risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Stay current with U.S. and international regulations and train teams.
• Manage third party diligence, contracts and vendor approvals.
• Coordinate with Legal on contract templates and compliance clauses.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training for multiple sites.
• Oversee audits and remediate non-compliance with improved controls.
• Drive project management for new systems and processes in compliance.
