OK International, a Dover Engineered Products company, seeks a Manager of Trade Compliance onsite in Cypress, CA. You will lead global trade compliance, classify products, and support USMCA and other tariff programs while overseeing audits and supplier diligence.

Training, project management, and continuous improvement are key parts of the role. The ideal candidate has 7–15 years in trade compliance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across functions and regions (Europe/Asia).

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, foreign trade, logistics, operations or related field.
• Master’s degree in foreign trade, MBA or law degree highly desired but not required.
• Customs broker license highly desired but not necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead trade compliance function to ensure compliance with global customs regulations.
• Determine harmonized tariff codes, product classifications and customs valuations.
• Support FTA qualifications such as USMCA and other duties and tariff reduction programs.
• Audit import records and ensure correct duties paid.
• Manage third party diligence programs including vetting of suppliers and sales partners.
• Coordinate with Legal on contract templates and ensure agreements with suppliers and distribution channel are up to date.
• Develop global compliance training program and conduct trainings for all applicable departments.
• Oversee compliance audits for all sites and drive remediation of findings.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of compliance programs.
