OK International, Cypress, CA, is seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to oversee global compliance programs and risk controls. You will lead classification, duties, and regulatory updates, while training teams and third parties to ensure policy adherence.

The role requires 7–15 years of direct experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. This onsite position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to improve global trade operations.

Formación

• 7–15 years direct experience in trade/compliance
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and policies
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP) and MS Office suite

Responsabilidades

• Lead global trade compliance and risk management programs.
• Determine HTS codes, product classifications, and duties; support USMCA and related programs.
• Perform compliance risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Stay updated on US and international regulations and integrate into training.
• Manage third-party diligence, vetting suppliers, contracts, and T&Cs; approve KYC reviews.
• Coordinate with Legal on contracts and ensure up-to-date supplier agreements.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training; train Compliance Champions.
• Oversee audits and remediation of non-compliance findings; drive process improvements.
• Manage records retention and annual clean-up programs.
• Support investigations and other compliance-related duties.
