Job summary

OK International, a Dover Corporation unit, is hiring a Manager of Trade Compliance to lead global trade controls and internal policy enforcement. The role oversees brokers, classifications, audits and training across sites, requiring broad regulatory knowledge and strong leadership.

The position focuses on risk assessment, third‑party diligence and continuous improvement of compliance programs with cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years direct experience in trade/compliance.
• Knowledge of regulations, policies and international trade laws.
• Proficient in Excel and PPT for presentations and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance function to ensure global regulatory compliance.
• Determine HS codes, product classifications and duties.
• Support USMCA and other duty reduction programs.
• Evaluate incoterms and adhere to IOR and VAT rules.
• Audit import records and ensure correct duties paid.
• Develop and implement global compliance training across sites.
• Manage third-party diligence, contracts and TDs.
• Coordinate with Legal on contracts and supplier terms.
• Drive project management for new systems and processes.
• Oversee records retention and audits across sites.
• Participate in investigations and remediation actions.
