Job summary

OK International, a Dover Company, is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee trade and general compliance programs across global operations. You will evaluate risk, implement controls, and train functions to ensure adherence to regulations.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong knowledge of U.S. and international trade laws, and experience managing third-party diligence, audits, and program improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years direct experience in trade compliance.
• Current knowledge of regulations, policies and international trade laws.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) required.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Word for policy training and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead trade compliance function across global operations.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training programs.
• Audit and improve compliance controls and records.
• Manage third-party due diligence and supplier vetting.
• Coordinate with Legal on templates and TT&C updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance programs.
