Job summary

Dover Corporation, a global manufacturer, seeks a Global Trade Compliance Manager in Downers Grove, IL. You will lead U.S. customs and international trade compliance programs across Dover OpCos, training staff and coordinating with the Law Department.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, ACE Portal reporting, export control tooling, KYC support, and continual policy updates to meet evolving laws. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with U.S. customs and trade compliance required.
• Familiarity with ACE Portal, PowerBI or similar tools.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' professional experience.
• Ability to work with cross-functional groups to set objectives and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with risk assessments of the trade compliance program.
• Review classification, import, and export processes and identify gaps.
• Identify best practices across OpCos in classification and export controls.
• Develop and deliver ongoing training on import/export regulations and tools.
• Create and maintain ACE portal reports and dashboards.
