Job summary

Dover Corp is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the trade compliance function, assess global risk, and implement controls. The role requires coordinating with Legal on supplier contracts and training across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include developing a global training program, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement in compliance policies and processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA or law) highly desired but not required.
• Customs broker license highly desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trade compliance function and improve policies.
• Evaluate risk profile and implement controls across the organization.
• Stay current with U.S. and international regulations and update training.
• Manage third party diligence programs including vetting suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate with Legal on contracts and T&Cs for suppliers and channels.
• Develop global compliance training program and deliver to departments.
• Oversee audits and remediate non-compliance findings with improved controls.
• Lead projects to implement new systems and processes in compliance.
• Ensure Records retention policy adherence and annual clean-up.
• Participate in investigations and audits as needed.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
