Dover Corp is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee global trade compliance, risk assessments, and policy implementation across our manufacturing and distribution network. The role requires leadership across functions and the ability to train teams worldwide.

You will evaluate regulatory changes, manage third-party diligence, and coordinate with Legal and Supply Chain to update contracts and terms. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and robust training across regions including

• Bachelor's degree in international business, foreign trade, logistics or related field.
• Master's degree in foreign trade, MBA or law highly desired but not required.
• Customs broker license highly desired but not necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Lead trade compliance function to ensure global regulations are met and coordinate with brokers and 3PLs.
• Conduct risk assessments for global sales and operations, and implement mitigation plans.
• Stay current with U.S. and international regulations and integrate updates into practices and training.
• Manage third-party diligence including supplier/vendor vetting and contract execution with training.
• Coordinate with Legal on supplier contracts and ensure alignment with latest regulations.
• Develop and deliver global compliance training to all departments and partners.
• Oversee site audits and drive remediation with improved controls.
• Run projects to implement new systems and processes for compliance programs.
• Maintain records retention programs and annual cleanup.
• Participate in investigations and audits as required.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
