Job summary

Spreetail is seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate, compliant import operations. You will own import entry audits, strengthen customs processes, collaborate with brokers and cross-functional teams, and build scalable tools to improve data accuracy and reduce duty overspend.

You will help maintain compliance with U.S. customs, review HTS classifications, and drive improvements across the import workflow while supporting global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance, including CBP Form 7501 and HTS classification.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions in audits.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own import entry audits and maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage PSCs and monitor broker performance for compliance.
• Review HTS assignments and support classification decisions.
• Analyze data to identify risks and improvements; build dashboards and tools.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance import data integrity.
