Spreetail is hiring a Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate, compliant import operations. You will own import entry audits, strengthen customs processes, and partner with brokers and cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and reduce overspend.

The role emphasizes building scalable tools, dashboards, and automation while maintaining audit-ready records and ensuring compliance with CBP and HTS requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. customs compliance including CBP Form 7501, HTS classification, and origin requirements.
• Strong analytical skills to identify errors, quantify impact, and maintain audit records.
• Experience working with customs brokers, PSCs, and importer of record requirements.
• Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills; ability to create reports, calculators, dashboards, or automation.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across teams and manage compliance risks.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end import entry audit process, review CBP docs, identify discrepancies, drive corrective actions, maintain audit-ready records.
• Manage PSCs, validate duty payments, monitor broker performance, and recover overpayments with Finance.
• Support customs classification accuracy by HTS reviews and guidance on complex classification issues.
• Analyze import data to identify risks, savings opportunities, and improvements; develop dashboards, automation, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Finance, Merchandising, brokers and cross-functional teams to improve processes and data integrity.
