Dataiku is seeking a VP Total Rewards to own compensation, equity, and benefits strategy for a global AI company. You will lead a lean, remote-enabled team, partnering with executives and the Compensation Committee to shape pay philosophy and governance across 18+ countries.

You'll oversee merit cycles, equity design, and global benefits, including compliance with pay transparency rules, while driving scalable, AI-powered processes that attract and retain top AI talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards or compensation, ideally global and high-growth tech.
• Experience leading teams and influencing executives in lean environments.
• Strong equity and pay-transparency expertise across multiple regions.

Responsabilités

• Set global compensation philosophy balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and financial discipline.
• Lead pay transparency initiatives including EU directives.
• Evolve job architecture, leveling and salary ranges; provide managers with simple tools for pay decisions.
• Design grant guidelines and equity awards; partner on modeling, dilution and international tax.
• Present equity and executive compensation to Compensation Committee and Board.
• Run merit, promotion and incentive cycles with scalable governance and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own global benefits strategy and lead the benefits team across entities and EOR countries.
