Dataiku is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to own global compensation, equity and benefits strategy. You will partner with executives, Finance and Legal to design programs that compete in AI talent markets while remaining financially sustainable across 18 countries.

You will evolve job architecture, leveling, salary ranges and modeling, lead cycles from planning to execution, and build AI-enabled workflows to scale rewards. Experience leading global comp programs in tech is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards or compensation leadership.
• Global compensation strategy experience across multiple countries.
• Equity design and international compensation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve global compensation philosophy, including salary structures and benchmarking.
• Lead pay transparency initiatives and readiness for regulatory changes.
• Model, align and communicate compensation and equity programs with Finance and Legal.
