Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a Global Total Rewards Lead to own our worldwide compensation, equity and benefits strategy. You will work with executives, Finance, Legal and the Compensation Committee to design scalable programs for 18 countries and multiple entities, balancing market competitiveness with internal equity.

You’ll lead merit, equity and incentive cycles, set job architecture and salary ranges, and drive AI-enabled workflows to improve how rewards are delivered globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Total Rewards or compensation.
• Global compensation and equity design experience.
• Experience with pay transparency rules in Europe and North America.
• Proven leadership in lean, fast-moving environments.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve our global compensation philosophy.
• Lead merit, promotion and incentive cycles.
• Design grant guidelines, awards and equity modeling.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on tax, dilution and international considerations.
• Present equity and executive compensation to the Compensation Committee and Board.
• Own global benefits strategy and day-to-day benefits management.
