Job summary

Dataiku is seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to own global compensation, equity and benefits strategy. You will align market competitiveness with internal equity across 18 countries, and ensure financial sustainability.

The role requires partnering with executives, Finance, Legal and the Compensation Committee, and leading a small Total Rewards team with autonomy to reinvent rewards using AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Extensive Total Rewards or compensation experience (typically 10+ years) in a global, high-growth tech or software environment.
• Deep expertise in global comp strategy: salary structures, benchmarking, incentive design and job architecture.
• Strong equity experience across countries; late-stage private company experience is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of pay transparency in Europe and North America.
• Proven track record building or transforming rewards programs, not just running them.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior executives in lean, fast-moving settings.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; interest in AI and automation (Workday a plus).
• Bonus points: knowledge of UK and French benefits and pension programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global compensation philosophy, balancing market competitiveness, internal equity and financial discipline.
• Define global pay transparency approach, including readiness for new rules such as EU Pay Transparency Directive.
• Evolve job architecture, leveling and salary ranges with rigor and simple manager tools.
• Design grant guidelines, new-hire and refresh awards, and model equity with Finance and Legal inputs.
• Present equity and executive comp recommendations to the Compensation Committee and Board.
• Lead merit, promotion and incentive cycles with scalable governance and AI-enabled workflows.
• Set strategy across entities and EOR countries and lead the benefits team in day-to-day operations.
