Job summary

Alkegen is seeking a Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to lead the Benefits and Compensation teams within the Global HR COE.

You will oversee vendor management, benefit filings, and annual audits, while driving market benchmarking and pay-for-performance design across a global, matrixed organization. You will also manage compensation planning cycles, educate leadership on compensation philosophy, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting complex, global, or matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Benefits and Compensation teams as part of Global HR COE.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely benefit filings and audits.
• Develop and maintain compensation structures, market benchmarking, and pay-for-performance systems.
• Lead annual compensation planning cycles and educate the enterprise on our Compensation Philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws (FLSA, ERISA, GDPR).
