Alkegen is seeking a Sr. Manager, Total Rewards to lead Benefits and Compensation within the Global HR COE. You will oversee vendor relationships, ensure audits pass, monitor legislation, and drive market-aligned pay practices.

The role emphasizes governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, and HR partners to deliver competitive, compliant total rewards programs for a global manufacturing-focused organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting complex, global, or matrixed organizations; manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of compensation governance and global benefits; experience with Unions and Work Councils.
• Excellent analytical skills; strong leadership, influencing, and communication abilities with executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Benefits and Compensation teams within Global HR COE.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time filings and audits.
• Compare programs to market and recommend enhancements within budget.
• Lead annual benefit audits and ensure compliance with ERISA and laws.
• Design and administer salary structures, job architecture, and pay-for-performance systems.
• Project manage annual compensation planning cycles and communicate philosophy to the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and HRBPs to ensure rewards integration and business alignment.
