Job summary

ALO is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation to architect and manage our global total rewards framework. You will lead pay structures, multi-currency programs, and a Stock Appreciation Rights program, partnering with HR leadership to apply policy consistently.

You will own the annual compensation process, including merit and bonus design, and ensure accurate Workday configuration across regions. Strong analytics and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, ownership of total rewards programs at a senior level.
• CCP designation strongly preferred.
• Experience managing international multi-currency compensation programs across geographies.
• Executive compensation benchmarking experience and board-level materials familiarity.
• Proficiency with Workday compensation modules and market survey platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of total compensation programs across all levels and geographies.
• Define pay-for-performance frameworks aligned with growth and strategy.
• Manage annual compensation review cycle across Corporate, Retail, and Warehouse populations.
