Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Director, Global Total Rewards to lead compensation, benefits, and global rewards strategy. You will partner across Finance, Legal, and AI & Transformation to align rewards with enterprise priorities and employee experience.

In this role you will modernize Total Rewards operations, drive annual compensation planning, and oversee executive compensation and equity activities. A senior leader with 10+ years of Total Rewards experience is required.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience leading Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a complex organization.
Broad Total Rewards expertise with demonstrated transformation or operational excellence.
Strong people leadership with coaching and change management.
Experience leveraging technology, automation, analytics or AI to improve outcomes.
Executive presence with collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Total Rewards function across Compensation and Benefits.
Develop an integrated Total Rewards strategy aligned to business priorities.
Partner with Talent Experience & Development to connect rewards to the employee lifecycle.
Build trusted partnerships across People & Culture, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and AI & Transformation.
Oversee annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, salary structures, incentives and pay philosophy.
Support executive compensation and equity governance with senior leadership.
