11:11 Systems is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Total Rewards to lead the next chapter of our compensation and benefits strategy. You will guide a team of rewards professionals, set governance, and drive equitable, scalable Total Rewards practices across the company from a fully remote US-based role.

You will build market intelligence, advise senior leaders, and shape pay equity, benefits, and recognition programs while ensuring privacy, security, and compliance in all rewards decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or related discipline, incl. global workforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Finance/Business or related field.
• Experience leading teams of 3+ people and building compensation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set Total Rewards strategy, governance, and roadmap for compensation, benefits, incentives, and pay equity.
• Lead and develop a team of Total Rewards professionals with clear decision rights.
• Advise senior leaders on complex rewards, market intelligence, and risk matters.
• Lead market intelligence analyses for hard-to-fill roles and talent scarcity.
• Oversee global benefits strategy, health and retirement plan governance, and vendor accountability.
• Design scalable AI-enabled rewards workflows and data quality controls.
