Job summary

Sophos is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead global strategy, design, and delivery of total rewards programs. You will apply data-driven insights, responsible AI, and automation to scale decisions across our workforce.

You will oversee executive compensation, equity programs, base and variable pay design, and global benefits, partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams to align rewards with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive total rewards, compensation, and benefits experience in a global tech company.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Hands-on experience managing equity programs, including private equity environments.
• Proven track record designing and delivering total rewards strategies that drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Set global total rewards strategy aligned to business goals and local requirements.
• Lead executive compensation analysis and board materials preparation.
• Guide equity programs in partnership with the equity team.
• Design base pay, variable pay, equity, and recognition programs with market competitiveness.
• Shape benefits strategy for health, retirement, and other programs.
• Advance total rewards technology, analytics, and automation with HR partners.
• Build and develop a global Total Rewards team.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other teams to reflect business priorities.
