Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 5-8+ years in benefits administration, leave management, and wellbeing programs.
• Experience leading benefits projects and process improvements.
• Knowledge of benefits programs, leave regulations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefits process improvements and optimize leave administration processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and cross-functional project teams.
• Oversee day-to-day benefits program administration (health, wellness, retirement).
• Support global benefits initiatives and regulatory compliance across regions.
