Job summary

Bruker Daltonics is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Total Rewards to lead a dispersed team and shape global compensation, benefits, and related programs across regions. The role blends people leadership with hands-on execution in pay, benefits, M&A integration, and pay transparency readiness for a world-wide organization.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to design scalable solutions, drive data-driven decisions, and support talent attraction and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Total Rewards or compensation experience in a global organization.
• 1–3 years in a leadership role.
• 10+ years in U.S. benefit plan administration and ERISA compliance.
• Strong design, benchmarking, pay transparency and analytics experience.
• Experience leading global processes and M&A due diligence/integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, job architecture and pay equity.
• Oversee US and Canada benefits programs administration and compliance.
• Lead annual compensation processes: structure, market analysis, merit planning, incentives.
• Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness, develop dashboards and executive-ready presentations.
• Create communications and training materials translating complex Total Rewards concepts.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and program costs.
