Accenture PLC is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to join our Global Compensation team. You will shape compensation strategies, programs and market-informed pay structures to support business priorities and talent retention.

You will advise leaders, translate complex data into clear recommendations, and lead compensation initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment, including people management of a small team and cross-functional partnerships.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
Global compensation experience preferred.
Strong analytical and data fluency with compensation reporting, market surveys, and large data sets.
Experience developing salary structures, pay frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive program analysis.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures aligned with business priorities.
Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys, market intelligence, and real-time data sources.
Provide compensation expertise to stakeholders and advise leadership on pay decisions and range placement.
Leverage internal and external data to assess structures, bonus programs, and long-term objectives.
Translate complex analyses into clear insights and executive-ready recommendations.
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation processes and tools.
