Accenture is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to join the Global Compensation team. The Total Rewards Manager will shape compensation strategies, programs, and market-informed pay structures to support business priorities, talent retention, and long-term objectives.

The role combines strong compensation expertise with analytical depth, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
• Global compensation experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data fluency skills, including compensation reporting, market surveys, and large data sets.
• Experience developing salary structures, pay frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive program analysis in a global or complex organization.
• Experience with compensation technology, market-pricing platforms, reporting tools, or process automation.
• Excellent project management, organization, and time management skills with the ability to deliver tight timelines and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures aligned with business priorities.
• Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys, market intelligence, and real-time data sources.
• Provide compensation subject matter expertise to stakeholders and advise leadership on competitive practices and pay decisions.
• Leverage internal and external data to assess compensation structures, bonus programs, and alignment with long-term objectives.
• Translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights and decision-support materials.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation processes, tools, reporting, and stakeholder experience.
• Coordinate work across team members and partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
