Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Global compensation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and data fluency.
• Experience developing salary structures and benchmarking.
• Experience with compensation technology and automation.
• Excellent project management and communication.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures aligned with business priorities.
• Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and real-time data.
• Advise leadership on competitive practices, pay decisions, and talent retention.
• Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs for competitiveness and affordability.
• Evaluate structures after career architecture changes and advise on future-readiness.
• Utilize real-time vendor data to strengthen market intelligence and decision-making.
• Translate complex analysis into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes and tools.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliverables with high accuracy and responsiveness.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen compensation program effectiveness and scalability.
• Manage and support a team of one to two professionals in day-to-day activities.
• Provide direction, coaching, and development while fostering accountability.
• Coordinate work across team members and partners for timely delivery.
