The position requires strong analytical skills, global compensation experience, and the ability to influence stakeholders while managing a small team and delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience, including market intelligence or salary structures.
• Global compensation experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data fluency with compensation reporting and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies, programs, and compensation structures.
• Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys, market intelligence, and real-time data sources.
• Advise leadership on competitive practices, pay decisions, and range placement.
• Leverage internal and external data to assess compensation structures and bonus programs.
• Translate complex analysis into executive-ready recommendations and materials.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve compensation processes and tools.
• Manage and coach a small team responsible for day-to-day compensation activities.
