Accenture is seeking a Total Rewards professional to join the Global Compensation team. The role will shape compensation strategies, programs, and market-informed pay structures across a global organization.
The Total Rewards Manager will combine compensation expertise with analytical depth and stakeholder partnership to advise leaders and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of compensation experience in market intelligence or salary structures.
- Global compensation experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and data fluency with compensation reporting and large data sets.
- Experience developing salary structures, pay frameworks, benchmarking methodologies, or incentive analysis.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and evolve total rewards policies and compensation structures.
- Develop market-relevant salary range structures using surveys and data sources.
- Advise leadership on competitive pay practices and talent retention.
- Leverage internal/external data to assess structures and bonus programs.
- Translate analysis into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes.
