The Total Rewards Manager combines compensation expertise with analytical depth and stakeholder partnership to advise leaders, translate data into clear recommendations, and lead key compensation initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Experience with market intelligence or salary structures.
• Strong analytical and data fluency with compensation reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve total rewards policies and structures.
• Develop market salary ranges using surveys and data.
• Advise leadership on pay decisions and talent retention.
• Leverage data to assess structures and bonus programs.
• Translate analysis into executive-ready insights.
• Lead compensation initiatives in a global environment.
• Coach and develop 1–2 team members.
